DHK Deep Holler Knives are hand made with premium high carbon tool steel RC 59-61, which is recognized as one of the finest blade materials in the industry.  They are hand made on the plains of NW Iowa with aged lumber sourced from Iowa and the Hollers of Eastern Tennessee. This handle is designed to fit your carving style in a variety of woods including Maple, Oak, Cedar, and Walnut. We will ship what is available not by type of wood.
