Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Some exceptions apply, such as direct ship from vendor items, items shipped to non-US addresses, and where special instructions are in product description.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship Internationally but due to a July 1, 2021 EU policy if VAT is not prepaid and forwarded by to an EU agent purchases may be confiscated or charged at an extremely high rate. We are not in a position to make arrangements for the new EU policy so we will not ship to EU countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You must determine that the product is legal tp be imported into your country. There is no reimbursement for products confiscated during customs processing. Returns from international shipments will not be made. We will inspect items prior to shipping. The only exception is if we ship the wrong product. International buyers are responsible to know what you are buying.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our rates are estimates for anywhere in the Continental US except outlying states, islands, and APO/FPO. We will refund or provide store credit for amounts paid in excess of actual shipping costs. Starting with orders placed after October 23, 2020 When the excess shipping paid is $2.00 or more, it will be automatically refunded. Amounts under $2.00 will be added to your Store Credit. This is a refundable credit on demand.
MEDIA MAIL may only be selected for shipping when the order is for Books and NOTHING else. Non-book orders or mixed book and other must be sent by other means. Do not select Media Mail at checkout for other than a book shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights over 1 pound will be rounded up to the next full pound.
